This work is designed to take the day-to-day weight of bookkeeping off your plate, so you can trust that your numbers are accurate, organized, and up to date. My team manages the ongoing work using clear systems and processes, while I provide oversight to ensure everything stays clean and aligned.

*Tax preparation is available exclusively to our monthly clients as an add-on service. This ensures your returns are accurate, stress-free, and backed by clean books all year.
We also offer Bookkeeping Clean Up Services. If you're behind or need catch up bookkeeping services, we can help. This service is $1,500 and includes up to 20 hours of Bookkeeping Historical Clean Up services.

VIP Clarity Intensive
The VIP Clarity Intensive is a focused, working session for business owners who want to slow down and make sense of what’s actually going on with their money and systems.
This is designed for moments when you don’t need an ongoing engagement, you need space to get oriented, understand what you’re seeing, and move forward with clarity. Together, we’ll use my framework around clarity, alignment, and sustainability to interpret your numbers, review your systems, and bring structure to the questions or decisions in front of you.
Depending on the focus, a VIP Intensive may include things like general advising, reviewing or cleaning up QuickBooks, over-the-shoulder bookkeeping reviews, making sense of financial reports or dashboards, mapping cash flow and timing, simplifying spreadsheets, tax advising, or building light tools that support clearer decision-making.
VIP Intensives are offered as a one-hour session, a three-hour intensive, or a full-day experience. Each option offers the same kind of work; the difference is simply the amount of space we create.
This experience is designed to help you see more clearly, understand the trade-offs you’re navigating, and make decisions you trust, without taking on another long-term commitment.
